Hellbound NFT, APOKI, DIA NFT, LG TWINS 서비스 이용 약관이 2022.10.25부터 아래와 같이 변경됨을 안내드립니다.
[한국 사용자 서비스 이용 약관]
개정 전:
- 제7조 제1항
귀하가 자발적으로 본 사이트를 탈퇴하여 본 서비스 이용을 종료하거나 당사가 귀하의 불법행위 또는 본 약관 위반을 근거로 귀하에게 이러한 조치를 요구하는 경우, 귀하는 취득한 NFT의 소유권을 상실할 수 있으며, 해당 NFT는 회사가 정한 절차(관련 법률상 의무를 전제로, 회사가 해당 NFT의 전부 또는 일부를 소유, 압류, 해체, 소각(또는 기타 파기)하거나 귀하의 거주지 관할권의 관련 정부기관에 전송(요구되는 경우)하는 것을 포함)에 따라 처리됩니다. 귀하가 본 사이트를 탈퇴한 이후에는 이미 소유권을 상실한 NFT에 대한 소유권을 다시 취득할 수 없습니다.
- 제8조 제2항
귀하가 금지 행위를 수행하는 경우 회사는 단독의 절대적인 재량으로, 귀하에 대한 별도의 통지나 귀하에 대한 책임 없이, 그리고 당사가 보유하는 법률 또는 형평법이나 본 약관에 따른 다른 권리 또는 구제책의 제한 없이, 귀하의 사용자 계정을 즉시 정지 또는 해지할 수 있으며 또는 본 서비스에서 NFT의 이미지 및 설명을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

3. 청약철회.
구매자는 NFT를 전송 받은 날로부터 7일 이내에 환불 요청할 수 있으며, NFT가 회수된 후 DOSI Wallet을 통해 즉시 환불 조치가 이루어집니다. 단, 아래의 경우는 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
(i) NFT를 전송 받은 날로부터 7일이 도과한 경우
(ii) 구매자의 귀책으로 NFT가 멸실 또는 훼손되어 그 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
(iii) 시간이 지나 다시 판매하기 곤란할 정도로 NFT의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
(iv) 구매자가 스스로 사용 또는 이용하여 NFT의 가치가 현저히 감소하거나 다른 소비자에게 재판매하는 것이 객관적으로 불가능한 경우
예) 구매자가 구매한 NFT를 판매 등록하거나 판매한 경우, 구매한 상품에서 혜택을 수령 또는 사용하여 반환이 어려운 경우 등
개정 후:

귀하가 본 약관을 위반하거나 기타 법 위반 행위를 행한 경우, 회사는 귀하가 소유한 NFT 등 모든 디지털 자산에 대한 이용을 제한하거나 일부 또는 전부 이용이 불가능하도록 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 회사가 정한 방법으로 귀하에게 통지합니다.

예) 랜덤 NFT를 구매하고 그 내용을 확인한 경우
(ii) 본 약관 제5조 제(i)(b)항의 중개 판매 상품의 경우에는 본 조의 내용이 아닌 B2C 판매자의 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
(iii) 회사가 개별 상품에 대하여 별도의 환불 정책을 정한 경우에는 그 정책의 내용이 본 조의 내용에 우선합니다.

7. Ownership, License, and Ownership Restrictions
(i) Ownership of NFT.

If you voluntarily withdraw from the Site and terminate your use of the Service, or if we require you to do so based on your misconduct or your violation of these Terms, your ownership of any acquired NFTs may be forfeited, and the applicable NFTs will be subject to the procedures determined by the Company (which, subject to requirements of applicable laws, may include the Company taking possession of, attaching, detaching, burning (or otherwise destroying) or remitting to a relevant governmental authority in your jurisdiction of residence (as and if required) all or any portion of such NFTs). After your withdrawal from the Site, you will not be able to reacquire any ownership to the NFTs for which you have previously lost ownership.
8. Conditions of Use and Prohibited Activities
(ii) Effect of Your Breaches.
If you engage in any of the Prohibited Activities, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, without notice or liability to you, and without limiting any of our other rights or remedies at law or in equity or under these Terms, immediately suspend or terminate your user account and/or delete your NFTs’ images and descriptions from the Service. If we delete your NFTs’ images and descriptions from the Service, such deletion will not affect your ownership rights in any NFTs that you already Own, but you will not be permitted to request or receive a refund of any amounts you paid for those NFTs. In addition, subject to requirements of applicable laws, the Company reserves the right to transfer, take possession of, attach, detach, burn (or otherwise destroy) or remit to relevant governmental authorities in your jurisdiction of residence (as and if required) all or any portion of your NFTs on a compulsory basis.

Hellbound, APOKI, DIA NFT, LG TWINS 서비스를 계속해서 사용하시는 고객님들은 해당 약관 변경에 동의하시는 것으로 간주됩니다. 해당 약관 변경에 동의하지 않는 고객님께서는 즉시 서비스 이용을 중지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
