아래 변경 사항을 확인하시어, 서비스 이용에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

(ii) 귀하가 (1) 본 약관에 동의하지 않거나, (2) 만 19세 미만이거나, (3) 관련 법률에 따라 본 서비스 또는 본 서비스의 콘텐츠, 제품 또는 서비스에 접속하거나 이용하는 것이 금지되는 경우, 본 서비스에 접속하거나 본 서비스를 사용할 수 없습니다. ... | 제 3조 1항 귀하가 본 서비스를 사용하기 위하여는 먼저 웹 브라우저(Google Chrome 웹 브라우저나 기타 호환가능한 웹 브라우저 등)를 설치(또는 이미 설치되어 있는지 여부를 확인)하여야 합니다. 귀하가 일본을 제외한 지원대상 지역에서 본 서비스를 사용하는 경우, 본 서비스를 통해 취득하거나 구입한 NFT를 보관하기 위하여 본 서비스에서 승인한 전자지갑("DOSI Wallet")을 설정 및 사용하여야 합니다. DOSI Wallet 및 관련 계정의 설정에 관한 상세한 내용은 https://wallet.DOSI.world/ 사이트에서 확인할 수 있으며, DOSI Wallet 서비스의 이용에 대해서는 해당 사이트에서 제공하는 DOSI Wallet 서비스 관련 별도 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다. 일본에 거주, 주거 또는 소재하며 LINE 계정을 사용하여 본 사이트에 가입하고 LINE 지역 코드가 일본으로 설정되어 있는 사용자(이하 “일본 사용자”라 합니다)가 본 서비스를 사용하는 경우, LINE BITMAX를 통해 취득한 전자지갑(“LINE BITMAX Wallet”) 계정을 본 서비스에 연동할 수 있으며, 연동된 계정을 통해 본 서비스에 등록된 NFT를 열람할 수 있습니다. 다만, 본 서비스를 사용하여 NFT를 구매하고자 하는(또는 향후 지원되는 경우, NFT를 판매하고자 하는) 일본 사용자는 그러한 활동을 본 서비스가 23아닌 “LINE NFT” 서비스에서 개설 및 관리되는 계정을 통해서만 하여야 합니다. LINE BITMAX Wallet 및 관련 계정의 설정에 관한 상세한 내용은 [https://wallet.bitmax.me/] 사이트에 안내된 바와 같습니다. 귀하가 LINE BITMAX Wallet 서비스를 이용하는 경우 해당 사이트에서 제공되는 LINE BITMAX Wallet 서비스를 위한 별도 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다. 본 약관 제22조에는 LINE NFT를 통해 제공되는 본 서비스 간접 접속에 필요한 추가 정보가 규정되어 있습니다. 해당 정보는 LINE NFT 서비스 및 해당 서비스 상의 거래가 본 서비스에 연계되는 방식에 관한 추가 또는 변경된 내용을 반영하기 위해 수시로 업데이트 또는 보충될 수 있습니다. 귀하는 귀하의 계정에 대한 무단 사용이나 접속이 의심되거나, 본 서비스, 귀하 계정, 귀하가 본 서비스에 접속하기 위해 사용하는 기기, 귀하나 다른 사용자의 관련된 전자지갑에 대한 보안 위반이나 보안 위반 시도가 의심되는 경우, 이를 당사에 통지하여야 합니다. 관련 법률 상 허용되는 최대한의 범위에서, 귀하는 귀하의 계정이나 본 서비스를 통해 발생하는 여하한 거래 및 기타 활동에 대하여 전적인 책임을 부담하며, 귀하 계정에 대한 무단 접속으로 야기되는 모든 위험을 부담합니다. |

| 제 4조 2항 (ii) NFT 구매 귀하의 지역에서 지원되는 결제 방법에 따라, 귀하는 아래의 방법으로 NFT를 지원대상 암호화폐 또는 법정화폐(신용카드, 은행계좌이체 등)로 구매할 수 있습니다. 귀하가 서비스를 이용하는 지역에 따라, 지급수단 및 구매 또는 판매 가능한 NFT에 차이가 있습니다. 일본 사용자는 DOSI Store에 가입할 수 있으나 DOSI 내부 정책에 따라 본 서비스의 이용이 일부 제한됩니다. 단, 귀하가 일본에 거주, 주거 또는 소재하더라도 일본 사용자가 아닌 DOSI Wallet 사용자인 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다 (a) DOSI Store에서 회사 또는 다른 최초 판매자들로부터 NFT를 구매하는 경우(“B2C”) i. B2C 상품은 본 서비스가 지원하는 암호화폐 또는 법정화폐로 판매/구매가 가능함. ii. B2C 거래로부터 발생하는 “Gas” 수수료는 구매자가 부담함. |

(a) DOSI Store에서 회사 또는 다른 최초 판매자들로부터 NFT를 구매하는 경우(“B2C”) i. B2C 상품은 본 서비스가 지원하는 암호화폐 또는 법정화폐로 판매/구매가 가능함. 단, 내부 정책에 따라 국가별로 지원하는 결제 통화가 상이할 수 있음. ii. B2C 거래로부터 발생하는 “Gas” 수수료는 구매자가 부담함. |
| 제 22조 22. 타 이용약관 회사 및 (본 서비스의 지원을 받는 경우) 일본 외 국적의 NFT 회사 또는 기타 판매자는 선택에 따라 본 서비스를 통해 판매하는 NFT들을 일본내 “LINE NFT” 서비스에 게시할 수 있습니다. 일본 사용자가 LINE NFT 서비스를 통해 본 서비스 상에 판매 등록된 NFT를 구매하고자 하는 경우, LINE NFT에 계정을 유지하고 LINE NFT 이용 약관을 동의하고 준수하여야 합니다. 본 서비스 이용 거래에 있어서 LINE NFT 이용약관과 본 약관의 조항이 상충하는 경우, 본 약관의 조항이 우선합니다. 23. 언어 본 약관은 영어로 제공됩니다. 본 약관의 모든 번역은 귀하의 편의를 위한 것이며, 약관, 조건 또는 표현의 의미는 영문본의 정의 및 해석에 따릅니다. |

If you are using the Service in a supported jurisdiction other than Japan, you will also need to setup and use an electronic wallet authorized by the Service (a “DOSI Wallet”), which will enable you to store NFTs that you acquire or purchase via the Service. Details on setting up a DOSI Wallet and related account are set forth at the site https://wallet.DOSI.world/, and the use of the DOSI Wallet service is subject to the separate terms of service for the DOSI Wallet service available at such site. If you are a person who is resident, domiciled or located in Japan and registers with a LINE account and the LINE region code is Japan (“Japan User”) you may use your electronic wallet obtained through LINE BITMAX (a “LINE BITMAX Wallet”) to synchronize your account to this Service and, view NFTs listed on the Service. However, a Japan user that wishes to purchase an NFT (or, to the extent supported in the future, sell an NFT) utilizing the Service will be required to do so through an account opened and maintained with the “LINE NFT” service (not an account opened with this Service). Details on setting up a LINE BITMAX Wallet and related account are set forth at the site [https://wallet.bitmax.me/] and the use of the LINE BITMAX Wallet service is subject to the separate terms of service for the LINE BITMAX Wallet service available at such site. | 4. Purchasing and Earning NFTs (ii) Purchasing NFTs. Based on the methods of payment supported in your jurisdiction, you may be able to purchase NFTs with supported cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies (e.g., credit card, bank account transfer) in the following manners. There are different types of payment options and NFTs available for purchase or sale according to the region where you make use of the Service. Japan Users may register with DOSI Stores, however use of the Service may be limited subject to DOSI internal policies; provided however, this limitation does not apply to DOSI Wallet Users who are resident, domiciled or located in Japan. (a) By buying NFTs from the Company or other initial sellers on the DOSI Store (“B2C”) i. B2C products can be sold/purchased with the cryptocurrencies and/or fiat currencies supported by the Service ii. “Gas” fees arising out of B2C transactions are borne by the purchaser. |

If a Japan user has the opportunity to, and chooses to, purchase NFTs listed for sale through the Service via the LINE NFT service, such User is required to maintain an account with, and consent to and comply with, the LINE NFT Terms of Use. If a provision of the LINE NFT Terms of Use conflicts with a provision of these Terms with respect to any transaction that utilizes the Service, then the provisions of these Terms shall prevail. 23. Language These Terms are presented in the English language. 해당 약관 변경에 동의하지 않는 고객님께서는 즉시 서비스 이용을 중지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
