Please be informed that Terms of Service (the "Terms") of ACRZ Store has been amended as rules for transactions with Japanese Users as of April 10, 2023.

| [Special Rules on Japanese Users] Notwithstanding any provisions contained herein, these Special Rules shall apply to C2C transactions between a User and a Japanese User of the DOSI service operated byLINE Xenesis Corporation (the “LINE Xenesis Service”) and shall prevail over inconsistent provisions of these Terms. 1. Definitions (i) “Japanese User” means a person who is resident, domiciled or located in Japan, and who accesses and uses the LINE Xenesis Service. (ii) “C2C” means a transaction defined under Article 4(ii)(b). 2. C2C Transactions (i) Users of this Service may engage in a C2C transaction with a Japanese User. When a User lists the NFT on sale for a C2C transaction, the NFT will automatically be listed and exposed on the LINE Xenesis Service. (ii) When a User engages in a C2C transaction with a Japanese User, the Terms of Use of the LINE Xenesis Service (available here: https://alphacrewz.store.dosi.world/terms/jp/tos/standard/y) may apply. 3. Collection and Use of Personal Information (i) The Company’s Privacy Policy will apply to Users of this Service. When a User engages in a C2C transaction with a Japanese User, the privacy policy of the LINE Xenesis Service may apply. 4. Miscellaneous (i) If a provision of the LINE Xenesis Service Terms of Use conflicts with a provision of these Terms, then the provisions of these Terms shall prevail. |

| [일본 사용자와의 사용자 간 거래를 위한 특칙] 본 약관의 여하한 규정에도 불구하고, 본 서비스 사용자가 LINE Xenesis가 운영하는 DOSI 서비스(이하 “LINE Xenesis 서비스”라 합니다)의 일본 사용자와 사용자 간 거래(또는 “C2C” 거래)를 하는 경우에는 본 특칙이 본 약관에 우선하여 적용됩니다. 1. 정의. (i) “일본 사용자”란 LINE Xenesis 서비스를 사용하는 일본 거주, 주거 또는 소재 사용자를 의미합니다. (ii) “C2C 거래”란 본 약관 제4조 제(ii)(b)항에서의 거래를 의미합니다. 2. C2C 거래. (i) 본 서비스 사용자는 일본 사용자와 C2C 거래를 할 수 있으며, 해당 사용자가 C2C 거래를 위해 상품 출품 시 LINE Xenesis 서비스 웹사이트에 자동 등록 및 노출됩니다. (ii) 본 서비스 사용자가 일본 사용자와 C2C 거래를 하는 경우에는 LINE Xenesis 서비스 약관이 적용될 수 있으며, 해당 약관은 다음 링크에서 확인 가능합니다: https://alphacrewz.store.dosi.world/terms/jp/tos/standard/y 3. 개인정보 수집 및 제공. (i) 본 서비스 사용자에 대해서는 당사의 개인정보처리방침이 적용되며, 해당 사용자가 일본 사용자와 C2C 거래를 진행하는 경우 LINE Xenesis 서비스 개인정보처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다. 4. 기타. (i) LINE Xenesis 서비스 약관과 본 약관이 상충하는 경우에는 본 약관의 내용이 우선하여 적용됩니다. |
